ALL SCHEDULING AND COORDINATION OF HARVESTING AND SHIPPING MUST BE COMMUNICATED AND ARRANGED THROUGH JP CHESAPEAKE LLC – whether or not you choose to use JP Chesapeake for harvesting, choose to hire a third-party contractor for harvesting, or choose to harvest the material yourself. All harvesting companies must provide insurance certification and sign a hold harmless agreement and will be responsible for backfilling all tree pits.
